Common questions
Is ArogiHealth a medical app?
No. ArogiHealth is a general wellness app that suggests everyday habits. It does not diagnose or treat any condition and does not replace your doctor. Talk with your doctor before making big changes to your activity or diet.
How do I sign in?
You can sign in with Apple, Google or your email address. If you use email, we send you a sign-in link. Check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes.
How does the free trial work?
Every new member gets 14 days free. Your plan starts after the trial unless you cancel before it ends. Apple or Google will remind you before you are charged.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, so you cancel in your phone’s settings:
- iPhone: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → ArogiHealth → Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Google Play Store → tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → ArogiHealth → Cancel.
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store you paid through. For iPhone, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Android, see Google Play’s refund help page or open your order history in the Play Store.
Can I make the text bigger?
Yes. The app follows your phone’s text size setting, including the largest sizes.
What does my family buddy see?
Only how many days you’ve been active and the encouragement they send you. Buddies never see your answers, focus areas, coach conversations or Circle posts. You can remove a buddy at any time.
How do I download or delete my data?
In the app, open your profile, then Privacy & data. Choose Download my data or Delete my account. More details are on our account deletion page.
