Delete your account

You can delete your ArogiHealth account and the information linked to it at any time.

Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open ArogiHealth and tap your profile picture at the top of the screen.
2. Tap Privacy & data.
3. Tap Delete my account, then confirm.

Ask us by email

If you can’t open the app, email privacy@arogihealth.com from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject “Delete my account”. We may ask you to confirm the request before we act on it.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, your answers to the app’s questions, your daily activity and check-ins.
• Your coach conversations, Circle posts and buddy connections.
• Messages with our care team, if you used that feature.

We start right away and finish within 30 days.

What we keep, and why

• A record that you agreed to our Terms and Privacy Policy, and when. We keep this for up to 7 years to show we asked for your consent.
• Records we must keep by law, such as some purchase records.
• Security and audit logs, which hold no answers or messages and are removed on their normal schedule.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in your phone’s settings. See Support for the steps.
